tech force 3x12x44 AO?

Just wondering on the tech force scope that compasseco sent me with my contender 89? The scope I ordered has the standard black mil-dot that is pretty fine, better than I expected for target work ! This is a pretty big scope@ almost 14 in. a bit on the heavy I think, the optic are very clear with no real lost of clarity through focus and distance. The brightness drops off to me , as the distance grow closer to 100-150yrd range. Up close zeroing out too the normal hunting is bright, zoom adjustment is tight distance focus is really stiff! Any info on Compasseco scope will help due too there shipping mishap on my .22 cal order, I hope there shipping the .177 was just a mistake, Not availability issue, so the gun goes back... with or without the scope? The instruction have no info on specification other than, store the scope in a dry place! I'm wondering if this one is waterproof ?
