Just got a 3x9x32 powerline scope, found it at garage sale unopened package $5.00, I could'nt pass it up and figured I'd put it on the B3 and use the Golden Antler for the CFX. Question: what scope mounts do you all suggest, the ones that come with it are a joke and I can already see the scope popping off , screws bending and me bashing it with a hammer hehe. Ed

I don't know if it's your cup of tea but right now Pyramid Air is having a sale on some of it's scope mounts.

Check it out.  I's say any of the Accushots would do the trick....

Great find on that scope Ed, for that price ya can't go wrong.

I have that scope on a Daisy 1000 SB  I bought in Wallyworld last year.  Works just fine and hits what I aim it at and that's all I can ask from it.  Good luck with it.

Thank's Jeff, alot of garage sales in these little ol towns around here. I'm always scouting for old airguns and accessories now, the addiction you know hehe.I didn't like the mounts though and thought I better change them now to avoid the hammering later LOL. Ed

Hi Ed,

I have the same scope mounted on my CFX and I used the the Accushot medium profile mounts.  I have only had this combo set up for about a week but so far it has worked out great.  I haven't noticed any slippage at all.  For a while I used the rings that came on it with the gamo scope stop but it didn't work for me.  The rings kept coming loose and I actually had it fall off once.

Interesting you said the accushot 1 piece mount for the B3 Gene. I tried that mount on my new B3 and it was too long for the B3 rails. Just a heads up hehe.

I believe the medium height Accushot mount is longer than the high mount version.  The high mount Accushot should work on a B-3.

Another good alternative would be a BKL...Smiley Cantalever mount... A bit price but it would work great...Smiley
