Bought some GAMO Raptors. Spendy critters. Tried them in the Winchester yestarday. They do icrease your feet per second. So, given that the speed of sound travels 1231 feet/second at sea level at 72 degrees f., and the Raptor increases your feet/second by 25% (GAMO's claim), if your rifle CRACKs like a .22, then your muzzle velocity is at least 923 feet/second. Unless the Raptor icreases your feet/second other than 25%.
