I also have yet to find an AG that the .177 RWS super point work well in:(  I have tried alot of different guns.  I was thinking that maybe the points were not dead center and therefore  the air flow over the points was somehow causing them to drift?
In theory the pointed pellet is a great idea if penetration is needed. Predators do a much better job of a pointed pellet IMO:)  I would love to hear if someone has a gun that these pointed pellets work well in?

Tony is pretty much right as far as penetration goes but.... Pointed pellets are not usually accurate at extended distances. Because of their design, they are not very aerodynamically efficient and if there is the slightest flaw in them, the accuracy as they reach out really takes a beating.

Heck...they're not even accurate at close distances!!!!! Not RWS but my .177 Crosman SuperPoints don't shoot good in any of my "1000"fps air rifles. Haven't tried them in my less powerful air pistols....maybe they might work in them.

A friend wanted to give a almost full tin of them to me (Didn't shoot good in his Stroger X5 and Crosman G1 Extreme also)....and I said, "No thanks.....what am I going to do with them?" heh heh
