That one was great Redfeather im thinking of what cal to get cause im a .22 type of person and i olny have one .177 which is the b26 and its awsome for my useage .Many people prefer the .177 for the b40 so im trying to decide cause my wife is trying to get one for me for my birthday which lands in april so im still not ready but it will be the b40 .The good thing is u dont need a compressor to open it which will be a plus to those inclined machanically.i will have mine by early may ,hopefully i could hear more from u as far as reviews r concern ,God Bless u and your Family ...jorge lopez

The  HW30S is definitely quiet. Then again, it's less powerful than the B40. Not that I'd ever be willing to let my HW30S go. If you get a B40, get a Maccari tune kit and seals. Or get MM to tune it with such. My B30 is MUCH quieter since I tuned it with MM parts.

I've been tempted to sell my .22 MM tuned B40 but I'm not sure if I can. It's a short, heavy gun that's also a great shooter. Mine likes RWS Superdomes.
