I was out in the backyard this morning shootin the B3 and having a grand ol time. She just keeps on gettin better and better. I was shooting shoot n see targets in my pellet trap at 30 yards and was really just having a blast knocking out the 10 circle. No fliers nothing just nuts on all the time. There is a tree thats about 10 or so feet to the left of my shooting lane about 20 yards down range. Cowbirds love this tree and I love the fact that they love this tree. There is a branch that almost hangs out above my shooting lane and one just happened to land on it. The bird was sitting profile to me but the prob was there was a good size branh in front of him so all I could see was his head and his back. I put the crosshairs dead smack in the middle of its head and pulled the trigger and heard the pop of the impact. Following through in the scope I saw the bird fall forward and hang on to the branch for about 3 seconds and then hit the ground. I had another one do the same thing a little later in the day. Its kind of weird watching this because you know you hit it right in the head.... but to watch it hang there is just kind of odd hehe.
