This is my second custom B3. Everything from front to back has been customized even the trigger guard, stainless. The cocking handle is another Sharp product from Gene and I cannot express enough about the quality of his finished product. Fantastic!. Cool Ed

    Hey Ed.   Looks kewl.

What is that little tube just in front of the breach and the scope?  Is that a laser pointer?  If so how did you attach it?

    regards

Don, it's a level. It flips up too and I use it to help me level the scope and gun when Im working on em. It's attached to the old sight mount with a small bolt and screw. The laser sight is on my other baby, the camo B3. She's my night stalker. Smiley Ed

Hmm ok,  on my cummins B3 I didn't see a hole there.  I guess I could just drill and tap one.  I want to move the sight up there and play with a homemade peep sight.  Where it sits on the scope rails right now I can't focus on it very well and I keep wanting to hold the rifle out away from me.  So I figure if I can move it up front that will help until my old age really catches up at which point I will use a scope.

    tks

Yup John got a newer one, scary hehe to me the craftsmenship was a little better on the old one's. Craftsmenship, that's funny since I'm talking about a B3. I ended up using it for a doner but I have about 95% of it stored away and will be tuning her down the road and put a urban camo job on her. Ed

I agree Ed, the older ones were built better. I have a newer 1, but I'll just keep it for spare parts. Even after a clean, polish and lube it's still not as smooth as the old 1 was out of the box. Now that's funny B-3 smooth out of the box, hehe.
