I bought this Chinese rifle at one of those traveling tool shows for $19.95.

Have no idea what model it is other than it's made in China.

I shot it a few times and shot decent but it sounded weak, put it over the crony and it was 455's or so. I took apart the thing and what a CRUDE gun.

Well if fixed the unflat piston face junked the leather seal, the screw was loose and wrecked it anyway. Honed the cylinder and polished the bore 'a lot'. Made a teflon seal for it held in with a flat head scocket screw, cleaned every thing up and tarred an assembled it. Knocked of the old sights and made a brake for it.  ("I hate Iron sights" hello Pete)

Crony's at 670's now and shoots 1 inch groups at 30 yards. Turned out to be a nice little back yard plinker. I think I'll keep it.

I was amazed how crude the rifle was but after cleaning it up it shoots great.

I can't belive only two parts to the trigger, but after polishing the surfaces up it's a real lite pull.
Wish  it was a two stage, but for 20 bucks what ya expect.

Mine is shooting CPL's real nice.

Hey Peterdragin... I believe that it is a B-3-1. A couple of those travelin' road shows sell them. I had one years ago that I played with and like you said, quite a mess inside. Don't remember the numbers anymore but it was fairly accurate. I finally gave it and a few other cheapies that I had laying around to a Boy Scout troupe.

I love playing with the Cummings Tool Sale b3-2's. Since they cost so little, I tear them down immediately and go to town on them. I did buy a couple tuned already from Russ (Guru1) for loaners at our airgun club and I bought a tuned "Hunter" and a tuned action from him also. But I still use and play with them all the time. Great can plinkers. I shoot it more than any other airgun I have.
