How to change the thread view (may want to sticky this one)

For those who aren't used to the way threads are displayed here, there is a very easy way to change it.
Go to your control panel (upper right corner of this page) and change "Default forum viewing method" and "Default thread viewing method" from default to flat and then press submit. This will show all replies when you open a thread.
