What if you've changed your mind after doing business with them for a while.

Seems they will substitute your items you ordered for (their choice) without notice and when questioned, never returned any of my three e-mails.

Half my order was not in stock and was not notified before shipping.  
Their policy states:  
"If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait."  
They never contacted me that any items were out of stock. They only shipped a partial order and a note to reorder out of stock items.  
I ended up paying $10 in shipping charges(more than their estimate of $8 ) on a $19 dollar order.
I will definitely will not order again, they'll probably have only 1 item in stock and will ship it without notifying you.  
They are also not responsive to emails.
