I have just recently acquired a 392 and have been throroughly enjoying it.    It has the stock open sites, but I would like to mount a peep.
The Williams #64 peep sight indicating that it is compatible with Benjamins/Sheridans from the past 5yrs.     I am trying to determine the age of my gun with no success.   I have emailed and also spoke with Crosman and also a number of online airgun stores.    Crosman has a website with year manufactured dates for a number of guns, but I can't seem to pin this one down.  The Serial# is V076291.   Any help out there would be greatly appreciated.
