My first Grackle!! Ok so this morning I was out back stuffing duct seal into & packing a couple of traps for my Buddy Joe "Cuz". Then I heard it, the anoying call from that little jerk that has been bullying my Cardinals, Painted Bunnings,& all my other welcome song birds! I have been after him for over a week now. He always seems to spot me & fly just out of range. Today was differant, Chopper was by my side & ready for duty call!! (Chopper is my RWS Diana 350 Magnum) He only flew off this time when he saw me to about 25 yrds. 30 feet up a pine tree. Man did he get "Careless",, I had to rush the shot as I could see thru the scope he was just about to scoot! Well,, I knew instantly I had hit my mark,, when you hear that musical "TWACK",, there can be no doubt!! (A pellet hitting a pine tree dont play that fine music!!LOL!!) He droped like a rock! I LOVE my sawed off little "Chopper"!! Hey Harry, Ed,(Shadow), Long Island Hunter, Peak,& others,,,, My First Grackle!! Man I love my airguns!! Tim.

I've got a ton of em near me, only problem is they're protected here so I can't shoot em. Wish I could, they look real nice when I watch them thru my scope :)
