I've had this Black Shadow for about a month and shot maybe 200 pellets of differnt types thru it. It has plenty of power and is fairly accurate. I installed the GTXIII trigger as soon as I got it and a Leapers 3x9x40 ao mildot scope. I sighted it in at 35 yrds and am gettings 1" groups with RWS super H @ 736 fps  and 3/4" groups with CPH 14.3 @ 710 fps. Beeman Crow Mags opened up to about 1.5" but the gun seemed noiser (looser).  This gun is very easy to cock and shoot and it shoulders well. It is plenty powerful and accurate and will only get better. ( I lube tuned it over the weekend and it is much quieter and smoother) It was puffing smoke on every shot before the tune but it is not now. It had a lot of  runny grease in it. Overall I don't think you can go wrong for the price  ( $165.00 shipped) and since I like to tinker with air guns it doesn't bother me to take it apart and at least do the lube tune.  I have shot 2 squirrels with it so far but I need to resight it in since I've had it apart so I can hunt some more.

My Black Shadow also shoots RWS Super Hollow Points well and I've taken quite a few woodchucks with it, some of them pretty nice size.  I agree with you that for the price you can't go wrong.  I've been thinking of picking up another one before they are all gone just to have a spare.  Great .22 for the price.  Enjoy your gun.
