Yes, I guess the 34 puts the "Die" in Diana, Timbo. Have you been hunting instead of watching Sarah?!

you're getting pretty good with that 34!....don't you just love the way possums "poop" everywhere when they get shot in the head!!!! that's one reason i quit shooting them in the knoggin'. behind the shoulder takes a little longer for the kill but you don't have the poop to deal with!....ain't that the same coon you had in the freezer?...ha!!!! when are you gonna invite me down for some shootin'? great post timmy!!!!

Great Shootin Tim. I know that Panther took to you like a fish to water...:) Sure makes me feel good that you are so happy with it. I remember at the shootout you were hitting everything you aimed at and would have a big smile on your face each time.. Your the Man Tim..

Nice job Tim!! Great shooting. Those 2 definitely had it coming. I think you 'll have to clean up a little more than the garbage :) Time to repaint and stain the deck buddy! :)
I know how you feel about the 34. I 'm the same way with the tuned 36 I got from Gene.. I mean a dozen Ghogs or more taken with 1 shot, how can I complain? :-)
I need to get a flashlight mounted on the Condor so I can start taking out night critters like these.

Yeah,, twas a great night!! A few details: CDT/Gene Curtis tuned 177 cal. Diana (RWS) Panther. Shooting 7.9 gr. Cros. Prem. hollow points @ 910 fps. producing 14.5 ft. lbs. Range: 15 yrds. Head shots on both,, tween the eye & ear!! Coon was hit just behind eye & Posum just in front of ear. Coon walked (barely) about 20 feet before falling over,, Pos. fell in his tracks & flopped about for bout 30 seconds. Kinda hard to get "perfect" shot placement when they are dining on "left over" KFC!!LOL!! I only take head shots now,, while "bread basket" shots will work even with 177,, they will amble off before they die,, the woods here are THICK seriously hampering recovery!! I prefer to hit the "Main Breaker" so I can post pics. here for my hunting Buddys!! Thanks again for all the replys Folks!! Tim.
