Big Cat 1200
« on: January 01, 2009, 01:58:37 PM »
i didnt see a big cat 1200 review on here, so here goes my review

I got a Big cat 1200 from wally world (wal-mart) this past july (08 july), I got a 3-9x40 scope with it along with a single piece mounting bracket, I first sighted it in for 25 yards, as i started getting out there (around 40 yards) i started to notice that the pellets were dropping, NOT a big deal, took it into the woods, just to realize that the tree rats were mostly 35 yard shots and over, so i resighted in my big cat to 35 yards.... now i'm shooting 50 yards with out a major drop* (maybe 1/4") have killed many squirrels with this gun, it has wanderfull power, has a little kick to it but not a lot, this gun can take alot of punishment, and doesnt need a whole lot of maintinence

over all i would give it a 5/5

Sounds like a real good shooter you got there. Good luck with future hunts!
