You guys should remember about 3 weeks back I ordered a Hawke scope , mounted it on my TX200HC and had the crosshairs turn on me with less than 50 shots . I called Pyramyd air and even gave kudos to them for sending me a shipping label to send it back, Last week, I called them about my refund , it had been 2 weeks , and I was told I had been approved and would be receiving my refund on 07/06/09. I actually chuckled at the girl and said really ; why so long if I've been approved ? "That's just how long it takes , she said. Oh Well, I'm still waiting for my refund . Today I got an email from them saying ," because of a system failure , my refund would be delayed a few more days " WHAT !!!!! It's already been 3 weeks and now it's going to be a few more days . Come on PA , get it together . I have spent $1000's of dollars buying airgun stuff from them and they are going to treat me this way . BTW , I called to complain and it seems the only person that can tell me anything about my refund , went home 5 minutes before I received the email . How convenient . This was the second call I made , the first time I sat on hold for 15 minutes only to be transferred to a voicemail of the person who left at 4:30 . Then the voicemail cut off on me before I was finished . It's going to be awhile before I spend anymore money with them . I guess it was bound to happen , kirby
