gonna have to say the extreme wins. the falcon is a beast, but the extreme is much better built. and a tad bit faster. although they are both unruly pieces of construction equipment. or destruction equipment. the extreme is a better gun. though they are both fun to push springs and seals to there most insane application!!!

The worst thing I can see from the Hatsan models,..is the crappy rear spring guides,...if they are the same make as the Powerline 1000 rifles. Other than that, the Hatsan has a superior trigger mechanism if tweeked right. tjk

I've shot both,,,,, I'd choose the Extreme over the Walther. The extreme has a much higher quality build and the other nice thing is that Charlies trigger is a drop in replacement As for being overpriced..... my personal opinion is that the price should be a bit lower...... Jeff

I have both in .22cal and a 1250/extreme in .177 too. The Extreme is made in England by BSA and is a much better built gun than the Falcon Hunter. As mentioned before another advantage that the Extreme has over the FH is that you can install one of Charlie's GRTIII triggers in it. My Extreme is anywhere between 20-60fps faster with various pellets than the FH and most importantly, IT IS MORE ACCURATE!

I have the Talon Magnum and the Hunter Extreme both in .177. The Extreme has the edge on power and overall build quality and the drop in GRT111 trigger just makes it superior to the Talon magnum and the WFH.The Extreme is IMO over priced when you consider that the WFH is 85-90% as good as the Extreme at half the retail price.

I agree with Joeblow. The Gamo Hunter 1250 and Extreme's are very hard shooters plus they have wood stocks which really absorbs allot of the recoil. And yes most all springers are over priced with the exception of the Chinese air guns.. Would be great if the Chinese would clone the Gamo Hunter Extreme..

I love my 1250.22 critter hitter and wouldn't trade her for the Falcon, think the 1250's are just built better. Ed

Clone the Gamo 1250. Isn't the Benjamin Super Streak a Chinese clone of the Gamo?
