I have repaired stocks that looked like that what I've done is to epoxy it back together clamping it and trying to get the pieces back together fitting them tight do not cut anything , after you have the stock re glued you need to go inside the stock where the action is and at the back end drill a 1/2 inch or a 3/4 inch hole through the stock into the pistol grip not all the way through unless you want to put a cap on the end then epoxy a dowel in ant refinish the stock it will be a good repair and it will be reinforced too.
