Another QB question
« on: January 27, 2010, 10:34:22 PM »
I think I've narrowed my choice down to either the QB-78, or the QB78 Deluxe, (QB78DI assume). But I think I read somewhere that the D models have some barrel issues. Of the two, which is the better? To make things worse, I read that Xisico is going to be importing a new CO2 rifle from China (SAG ?!?) that comes set up to use gas or HPA. Much to learn!!!, tjk

The "D" stands for Deluxe. The 78 Deluxe has a nicer finished stock and a better trigger....yes go w/ the "D". The barrels are iffy, some good, alot bad.

Don't forget about the QB79,barrels are better....I tend to like it better than the 78.

BTW: I just picked up a RWS 850 and all I have to say is.... WOW ! ! It will cost you more $$$ but, what a nice gun.

Good luck, Eric
