What kind of help? Adjusting the sight? Took me awhile to figger it out. :)
There are two screws at the front that you use to set the widage. One vertical screw at the rear of the sight to set the elevetion.
To set the windage you loosen the screw on the side opposite the way you want the sight to move and tighted the other one. Say you need to move the sight to the right. Loosen the left screw (viewed from the shooting position) and tighten the right screw. This will pull the sight to the right. Just the opposite to move the sight to the left. Once you get the windage set snug up the loose screw so you don't lose it. I found that once you figure out how to adjust it the Benjamin/Sheridan rear sight does a pretty good job
The elevation is like any other screw adjusted elevation.

I stand close to the target (5 to 10 yards) and get adjust the sight to get the shots close to the bullseye and then move back to whatever distance and adjust more if needed. Shoot a few shots at each setting before you change to make sure you're going the right direction with your adjustments. Some people sight in at 10 yards with like 3 or 4 pumps and when they get out to 20 yards they just use more pumps to get the POI back up.

Here's a link to a page with some more info...
