How many shots with a 20 oz remote tank?
« on: April 20, 2010, 01:40:20 PM »
Any idea how many shots I can expect with a 20 oz CO2 remote hooked up to a MM-tuned .177 AR2078A shooting at around 600 fps at 60-70 deg F?

Based on number of shots with 12g powerlets, I'd expect about 1100, does that sound reasonable? Thanks.  --HL

I would guess about right.  I can run about a tin of 500 through my lightly tuned tankers using 9 oz tank.  Of course you will lose a lot of shots if you are removing the line frequently.

That's about right if you  shoot her connected from start to finish without disconnecting the bottle to AG.

I refill my 9 oz tank after i get done with the entire tin (500 ct) of her favorite pellets. Mine likes barracuda heavies (10.6 gr.) and shoots them at a very consistent average of 550 fps.
