I deburred my Trail NP and installed a new JM Tesla seal with new lube and it shoots much better than when it was out of the box.

It shoots CPHP's at around 785 FPS but they are too inconsistant so I switched to Beeman FTS or H&N FTT pellets. I'm no marksman but I can put 5 shots inside a dime at 20 yards with the FTT's.

Perry, Thanks for the great information..... I am thinking about buying the NP trail and needed some "real life" user information.

Perry.  Did you hone the cylinder for the tesla seal?  Or is that only for Apex?

Thanks.

Alan, just removed all the light oil and applied some silicone grease after the deburr. The seal is a perfect fit.
