BSA Wolverines, .177 cal. Pkg label = 8.44 grains
Actual weight of 102 pellets, average = 8.41 gr, distribution of weights as below.
Lead relatively soft, no apparent lubrication, dull exterior.

Great chart for weight comparison, Tom. The Peak swears by the Woverines and says they are repackaged Exacts. Would be nice to see what you could come up with in comparison of 102 of the Exact pellets..:)

nice bell curve tcups. so statistically speaking using 3 sigma would you say the quality control is within manufacturing standards?(for cheko standards). less than half were actually close to advertised weight. maybe they were weighing them in "metric" and converting it on a calculator....ha!!! i think that is why they are re-packaged with the wolverine name. i have several tins of them and when they are gone.....no more. i now know why i get so many "flyers" with them.
