I was surfing Craigslist in the barter section and found this:
"Hello!
Next door tenant to our apartment keeps feeding the wild animals (squirrels & raccoons). They have caused us much problems, annoyance, destruction of property and safety concerns. I have reported this to our property manager but he has been too nice to do anything decisive. PAPD and Palo Alto Animal Control were also notified. I am told that I CAN kill them!
Just the squirrels alone, have destroyed all the gardening and vegetables I planted in the pots or in the ground, let alone the fear and sleepless nights that the raccoons have caused us for weeks and months. The issue has gotten worse as the senile lady keeps feeding these unwelcome-deadly-disease-carrying animals (most importantly the raccoons). We now have dozens of rats and mice dancing around backyard at night.
Put a trap or do ANYTHING that the end result is KILLING one of these beasts (I have seen 4 & 5 of them in groups). I will give you one free hour of limousine for each dead raccoon. The only thing you would be expected to pay is toll bridge and/or airport fees (5$ each). Gratuity is entirely to your discretion.
You certainly may "purchase" extra limo time. My rate is 90$/hour (Mon.-Thu.) and 120$/hour (Fri.-Sun.). You can kill all 9 of them for an all day long Napa wine tour or ANY event of YOUR choosing. "
And this is the E-Mail I sent him:
Hi, I was wondering if you have pictures of the area where these pests have located themselves??? I'm wondering if this is a private yard/dwelling or apartment?
I'm an Airgun Hunter and would like the oppertunity to clear up your problem, free of charge! No Limo service needed. The only things I need are written permission from your city and you or the land owner to kill the animals. Also an area to dispose of the rats & raccoons. Squirrels will be comming with me.
If needed I can show you pictures of the equipment that I use to humanely dispatch such pests.

Looks like a sweet deal Sam. You need to take him up on the limo though, the Mrs. would love a night on the town.
-
She might... But she's not a Limmo kinda gal. She likes bein on the back of the bike cruisin back roads with me.
BUT, the girlfriend probably wouldn't mind!!! Hahaha just kiddin. One could only WISH!
-
good deal Sam,
go get em.
-
Well maybe you could get some cash from him. Enough to fill up the tank and fix a nice picnic basket, for the next back road trip.(http://../jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-cool.gif)

An all day long Napa wine tour would be awesome...Last time I did that was in '74 with NorCal Van club, Novato chapter.

I still don't understand the "OOOOOOH MANG" part.
Must be an ethnic dialect. Please elaborate.
-
"OOoooh Mang"
As in Oh man, with a heavy Fillipino Accent
-
Ed, I've been getting those kind of requests as of late,...too funny. The Wine Country Tour sounds pretty awesome Dale,....I'd take them up on that for sure. Baked squirrel with a white merlot sauce,....dang that sounds good. Better take the Limo too after all the vinyard stops,...no sense in driving!!!! Looks like one of those opportune moments to me!!!!!! Jump on it man!!!! tjk
-
After all this convincing, I just might! LoL
-
I would not pass up a chance to get some serious limo time as payment for doing what I love. Maybe this Craig's list has something to offer me, after all.
-
OOoooh mang, I wish someone around my area had that kind of problem!!!!!!! I would go there and do some free varmint hunting.
-
Your a lucky man Sam !
GET "R" DONE, BUDDY
Here on the east coast, they charge $80.00 just to show up. But they do provide a great comedy performance !
Good Luck ! OOoooh mang !
