Yes our laws are not always fair. OJ can go un punished for killing his wife and friend but I could go to jail for not planting grass...:) Sad story indeed?

This stinks but the laws are not just anymore and if possible don't buy into a deeded comunity a lot of their ideas are really bad alot of us came to FL. for the beaches, hunting, fishing but if you are in a deeded comunity you can't keep your boat in your yard. It all depends on how fussy they are. But going to jail for a bad lawn is the most stupit thing the judge could do we have real criminals that go free to comit real bad stuff. we need people in charge that use their head to do more than keep their ears apart. howie

This is in the county justto the north of Howie and myself. Truly sad and what a waste of tax payers money. If the guys looses his house who is going to sod and waterthe lawn while the house sits empty for an undetermined amount of time. It is absured for the HOA president to say he brought it on himself. I guess the same goes for the millions of men, women and children that are rapped evey year. Bravo to the Pasco county judicial system.
