Ok sunny and a high of 66 deg. nw wind at 5.. I think I'm going to go thru a can of lead today and spend some time with my baby... My target is cati corner across my yard and is 22 yds. .The circles are 1". i started with some Konig match pellets that have been laying around here for years and they shot low but not to bad.. then I moved on to some crosman destroyers and they were a little wild.. The cphp's were some sweet shootin pellets, the target under the one marked is them also. I have a can of pellets that look like destroyers but were not labeled so I don,t know what they are, but the lid is clear plastic... they were ok.. The predators did well but not like the cphp's..
here are the shot pics.. 22 yds restin on a pillow... Gene this is a sweet shooter.. I filled it to where the gauge sait 2600 but it was still in the green and just a tad from the red line which says 2 bar.. i shot 60 rounds and was still in the green.. hmmm. I wonder if the gauge is off.

Ok i just turned up the power up a little, 1.5 turns counter clockwise.. It shoots predators in the same hole now..
I guess Gene had it on low power. I know I will get less shots per fill but to shoot the red tipped demons its worth it.
I also made a big boo boo.. As I was shootin, a bird just happened to fly into my field of view.. I had the scope on 14 power and when i instincivily swang to get him lined up he was somewhat out of focus but died on the spot.
As I walked out ta get him I was starting to let my head hang low, I knew i should have not have made that shot.
Lets just say he looked like a robin at first. OHH my cods did I boo boo... I'm not going to mention what species it was but I will always focus from now on... The gun shoots great and the tank fill is the way ta go..
Thanks Gene....

The 12fpe rifles come adjusted to around 11.5 fpe or less , this is to prevent them from breaking the law in England when the temps warm up and after the rifles "break-in" . Turning the power air restricting screw in or out shouldn't affect your shot count . Except when you accept a lower velocity , shot count will go up slightly , just because more shots will fall into your spread . You're just getting more efficient use of the air "metered" for each shot. Nice groups BTW . kirby

Great groups with the AA S410C. The plastic cover tin of pellets could be Gamo Tomahawks...

thanks .. thats what they were.. I had forgotten... they shoot ok but those cphp's rock in this gun....
