Here are some pics of my Air Hawk after some tinkering. I have seen many reviews of this gun that complain that the trigger is plastic! Wrong! It is aluminum and polishes up quite nicely. I also painted the S on the safety for better visibility and aesthetics (i think the RWS models are like this from the factory?). I will also take pictures of the polished internal trigger components next time I take it apart.
[Edit]
Also, every single thread in this gun is nasty. Its worth a few minutes to clean them

cool , i think the first batch of airhawks had plastic triggers . mine is metal . hey is that a factory scope stop ? mine dose not have one , i bought a gamo scope stop and it don't work for beans , i need to drill a stop pin hole i guess .

Yah, it seems the early generations did not have a factory scope stop. My SN is in the mid 20,000's.

yeah my s/n is in the 800s .

They must have decided real quick that the plastic trigger was a bad idea. heh

yup , mine is some sort of metal , not real sure what , most likely aluminum or zinc alloy .
