Been in the shop all day splashing some tree's and leaves on Randall's stock. Two coat's of matt clear on and drying, will lay two more coat's on tomorrow to seal it good. Tomorrow I will start on the scope and shroud, it's crazy time in the camo shop lol. Ed
-
PURE TALENT my brother. Damn I hate being broke. Gotta get focused and pay the bills down I NEED CAMO LOL. WOW!!!!!!
-
Wow Ed!! you are definitely the man with the airbrush.... you are very talented and a true artist :)
-
Thanks Jason and Chris, hope ol Randall will be liking it too.:) I'm camo'd out for the day but back at it tomorrow. Ed

Wait till Randall see that buddy..:) He may wet himself..:) Another fabulous finish on a camoed air rifle buddy.
-
Thank you Bil, lol Gene buddy in his pant's and not on the camo hehehe.:) Ed
-
Wow, Ed, that is gorgeous. And I'm not even into the camo look. Wow, fantastic work.
-
you'll have give me a monent to gather myself... brb
-
Ok wow Ed, thats spectackular.. I am very pleased with the way it turned out.. I'm kinda at a loss for words just yet,, give me a bit....
-
Thanks Marisol and Randall........that's all I needed to know hehehe:) Your pleased with and that's what count's my friend.:) Ed
-
Ok Ive calmed down a bit and had a couple after work beers.. Ed thats just as creative as can be,,, Think of the little varmit running around on the ground keepin his spy eye on the sky for the feathered foe , he hears a click and looks up, nothing but the sky thru the tree's.. it's all ok, nothing there. phfatt!!!!! lights out....:)
-
This should help you out there in the stick's, tree's , leaves and branches that shoot. Nothing scares a critter more hehehe. Ed
-
The key to camo is the further away you or a critter is from it the better it blend's but I like to find a common ground just in case their only a few yard's away. ;) Ed

Hey mate how about posting a step by step
process "how to" for these camo paint jobs
I would like to have a go at it , but I can just see me
stuffing it up big time.
HEAPS OF PIC'S
-
Not a bad idea, always happy to help someone get into camo. Maby if I can get the wonderful wife to shoot pic's while I'm going through the process. Even newbies to camo can do a bang up job with rattle cans if they can't afford a airbrush, patience is a must .......and a good clean air mask hehehe. Ed
-
Yes!!!!! a mask is a must, or you could end up with camo like this!!!!
-
That isn't what you should be seeing lol, darn paint fumes hehehe. Always wear a mask gang or you'll be seeing psychedelic squirrel's when your out hunting.:) Ed
-
wait a minute i thought the freaky looking squirrels were part of the painting process ... :) nice job shadow ! i agree a tut on camo painting would be sweet i just normally wing it , and it shows .
-
Another master piece buddy,,, that is just absolutely awesome......

Ed:
Very nice. But you know what is missing? You should just go ahead and put a squirrel or two in the foliage on the stock so it can be used as a decoy in addition to just camo! Randall got a beauty.
JQ: Might as well have a display case made for that and hang it on the wall. It is artwork.

Tommy I can't wait to get this thing in the woods and do a field test on her... Gene put everything he had in it and so did Ed.. I would hate to dissapoint them by not at least scratchin it. lol I will do a full review on its capabilities..... soon..
-
Thanks guys and as I said it's a labor of love and is kinda draining since I really strive to get the layout the way I see it in my head. Take it out into the wood's Randall but no beating the varmints with it lol. Blood's ok since you can just wipe the stock down with a slightly damp rag.:) Ed
-
Really nice work again Ed!
-
ED...You have taken a back yard rattle can job "To The Future and Beyond". I've never been into camoed rifles but man...your art work has changed me!!! Dude, you are a MASTER (http://../jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-cool.gif)
