I am working on my son's friends ASI Sniper at the moment, I offered to sort it out for him as the trigger is extremely heavy and the gun is pretty rusty. The lad is only ten and the trigger is so heavy that it make you think that the safety is on. Is there any way I can lighten it or replace it cheaply?

It is an awful trigger so I might look at re-designing it. I'm going to do a lot of work on it and will post the finished article on here.
