Well after conversing with my buddy on his camo project.......I did a overhaul on the stock.:) If you bust your bottom and drink lot's of java which doesn't faze me anymore lol you can bust out a new camo.:) Presenting Western DiamondBack design for Genes inspection.:) Ed

Only thing that's missing is a set of fangs...
Another fine job my friend !!
Jeff
-
Thanks Jeff good to hear from you buddy and if Gene likes it so far there will be more snake and fangs to come.:) Ed
-
I Love it buddy...:) Now for the snake wiff fangs...:) Thanks for your hard work Ed.
-
Great buddy :) now to wrap some snake around and get that Viper head going. :>~ Ed
-
...and another stunning, one of a kind, camo job Ed ... I think you've found a nitch in the stock modification genre!
David

Now THAT, is NIIIIIIICE!!! That's one of those jobs that would look good in a satin finish instead of flat. Not camo in my mind, more like ART!
I'm lovin it Ed!
-
Now thats what I call a snake charmer... member those.... Great work Ed(http://../jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-cool.gif)
-
Thank you family and when the project's done I will shoot it with matte as I do all my camo.:) I do use flat clear on some job's but the matte doesn't give off a big shine but gives the camo some depth to it. More updates and revisions to come.:) Ed

Snake Charmer! WOOO! I had fun with one of those when I was a kid back in OK. Used to empty the shot outta the shells and reload em with fine chain or dogtag chain.
-
Man, I really like it! Great job shadow!
-
That is scary. I would not go into my gun cabinet if that is in there. Great work-just scary.
-
Thanks fella's, seeing snakes everywhere now lol. Ed
-
hey Ed, how much do you usally get for stuff like that? cause that looks like its tetious work
-
I always give the GTA family a deal, horsetrading etc. and we just had a "UGLY SHOOTER" contest where the ugly shooter winner receives a camo job from me.:) Honestly it's not about money which alittle help's keep the paint flowing but more about a labor of love. I enjoy doing this and really get so much from it when a GTA family member get's one of my camo job's. It does take time and some imagination but seeing the finished product and knowing that someone will enjoy and display it makes it all worth while.:) Here's another pic of that same stock with some camo mod's, I always try to keep the customer happy and make changes to fit their need's.:) Ed
-
damn, that is some great stuff your doing there!! i wish i could have some of that artistic ability, i look at that and say, "how could someone shoot that? it looks so beautiful"... haha i would be afraid i'd scratch it... how many would you say you have done since you started?
-
Between GTA member's stock's and other customer's stock's I'd say around 40 stock's and that's not including changing the camo on my own when a new idea comes to mind.:) I've camo'ed other item's for customer's, duck hunt boat's, lap top's, bicycles, dad's p/u hehe, long bow's etc. etc.. I wish that I would have got pic's of some of these thing's but no digi cam at the time, I was just trying to camo anything and everything back then lol. Ed
-
That is great!!!
-
Thanks Vinny more to come on this baby. ;) Ed
-
Now I really like that Ed. That is looking great. I wasn't a big fan of the skull. It was cool, but stuck out like a sore thumb. Just had a bad thought? Is Gene doing two camo stocks or just this one? I love the Skull it look awesome HEHE.
LOL Dan L
