: Gamo 880 disassembly
: December 22, 2006, 03:30:45 AM
I'm looking for information on disassembly of the Gamo Hunter 880.
Thought I saw it on one of the forums, but, now I can't seem to find it.
Any help?

Thanks,
Al

...but I seem to remember some time ago reading about someone fixing their busted 880 with B19 parts he got from Xisico. If my recollection is correct, this might indicate that the 880 is similar to the Shadow/220/440/890 series and the old B19.

Are you familiar with the disassembly of the more recent Gamo models? If not, I'd suggest checking out CDT's website and looking up his "Caring for your B19" document. I suspect the disassembly procedure is similar... and if it isn't you should be able to tell pretty quickly.

Thanks, that document referred directly to the 220/440/880 series.
It may work.
Wait'll I get home and check.

Didn't even notice that. I guess the 880 IS the same as the others.

Makes sense, though - as far as the numbering system goes....

220 x 2 = 440, 440 x 2 = 880

Hey Alard... they are the same. The only difference for the most part are the stocks but the innards are the same. The tune guide on the web site and GTA library pretty much cover it.
