Why is it that Pyramid Airguns can notify me that my order is received and verify my credit card within an hour or so, then send me an on line "survey" to fill out 4 days after the order was placed, and as best I can tell, hasn't yet shipped the items I ordered last Friday, even though they list them as "In Stock"? I know PA offers to process and ship immediately, but only if I pay them an extra $5 to expedite the order. No thanks. Figure out your own damned survey PA. Maybe eventually a clue will present itself. By comparison, Jim at Precision Airguns got my order on Monday morning, responded immediately with an email thanking me for my order and telling me he would get them out the same day, and the 5 tins of JSB pellets I ordered were on my desk this morning. They were, by the way, very carefully packaged, double wrapped and shipped UPS ground. That kind of customer service, to me, is worth more than a 5% coupon, which probably can't be used with free shipping or any other PA discount. Next time you are shopping, you might take a moment to compare Jim's product availability and price. Just my suggestion.

Pyramid IS a PITA... I get the same thing when I pay the extra 5 bucks for expedited shipping. I've placed orders with them for the past couple yearsor so and it doesn't make a dang bit of difference if I pay the extra 5 bucks or not...

My reaction to this is as follows:
I do not believe this information is correct, nor it is verifiable or reasonable. Consider this to be an unorder, not a backorder. Without hesitation, please cancel, and don't expect to do much business with me if you send me idiot messages and delay an order without adequate explanation, when other dealers have them in stock.
