What happens if ya can't count to 16,,do you gotta pay tax???? LOL!!

Actually, it doesn't apply to your wages, legally. But the IRS will kick your ass if you don't pay cause the man needs to pay the bills. It wouldn't be that bad if the taxes actually went to services but they don't. If that wasn't bad enough, the Fed Reserve system skims like 3-5% on all new money issued. Its really unbelievable and way illegal. But they have big sticks, so wadaya gonna do 'bout it?

The IRS is a Gestapo like organization. The more you realize how vicious the IRS is the more you would object to leaving an institution like this in place in our government that would and will threaten your children. They have been beating me up since August and both my tax preparer and my current CPA say I don't owe them anything, but the IRS is still trying to hurt me financially. The latest is they are saying that I signed a document agreeing to what they say I owe on Jan. 9th and I haven't contacted them since early Dec. when I gave my CPA power of attorney.
I understand it takes money to run the government, but this government spends $250 for a claw hammers. They give themselves immunity from prosecution for violating our rights and make themselves exempt from the laws they force on us.
Every new law is in some way a restriction of freedom, and there is no end to new laws. At one time there was a mentality in our government that it is better for one guilty person to go free than for one innocent man to be imprisoned. Not so anymore.

The simplest way to get out of paying taxes is to join the democrat party.

Did you know your "Tax Rebate" is going to be taxed?

If I remember correctly...in Canada we only started paying income tax....to help in or after WWI....the govt said we wouldn`t need to pay anymore once the economy gets going. They LIED.....the tax is with us ever since....and has been going up in addition with newer taxes shoved down our throats. It`s no wonder the French stormed the Bastille........

Now that you a member of our Airgun family Mike, I hope to see you here often !

To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings; And
To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.
Later, the 16th Amendment was added specifically for income taxes:
The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.
Geez, for being so gung-ho about the 2nd Amendment, I'd expect you all to know more about our Constitution! I'd advise you all to pick up a pocket copy. I have two, if someone would like one.
