I wanted to know, where on a spare condor barrel (removed from the gun) is the caliber mentioned? Is the caliber visible on a barrel installed on the gun?

None of the Talon/Condor barrels I had had ANY markings on them, I guess Air Force figures you should be able to tell the difference just by looking :-).  A previous owner of one of my Talons had taped labels on the extra barrels between the bushings.  I've had good luck with the Ptouch labelers, those things stay stuck!  Later.

Wow, do they have a serial number on the gun/barrel?

Not on the barrel, the ser. # is on the frame, barrels swap in and out with just a few screws and are interchangeable between all the AF guns.  Later.
