are rws hobby pellets @ 11.9 gr in .22 cal to light for my rws 350 magnum ?

Yes.
Please see my responses to your previous pellet questions in regards to the size of the spring.
Your 350 should have the .128 wire diameter spring so those would be rather light and you can be inviting an early spring death.
