Here is an E-Bay seller with 11mm 1 piece mounts with a buy it now price of about $16 and that includes shipping. I got one for my Quest, nice unit. Has a set screw for a stop hole at one end. Thought it was a good price so I got one and got here in about 10 days. Like it a lot. At this time, he has 3 others here.
