Bentong, I have 2. Do you have anything to trade? I would like a 2260. Thanks, John

John, I don't have anything to trade..I got close to ordering one from Crosman site's custom site and problem is it'll take 3 to 6 weeks for delivery. Just thinking of tuning it with available 3rd party parts. How do you like the 2 that you got? I heard they're pretty loud due to short barrel but I can fix that. Thanks..Leo

I have one from the Crosman Custom shop .22cal.  I 'm the 1st owner.  They are called 2300 when they 're from the Custom shop and labeled custom right on the action.  I 've been thinking of selling it.

It has the steel breach, 10.1" .22 barrel, silver muzzle break, and red-dot sight.  It's NOT loud at all.  It does 495-500fps with 14.3-14.5gr pellets and mid-high 480's with 15.9gr JSB Jumbos at room temp.  Over 8fpe.  I think that's more than an R7... enough power to take out a squirrel at 15+yds.  I 've taken out Starlings with it.  I have only shot 3-4 CO2 cartridges through it so the gun is like new in original box (which means I 'm not giving it away btw..).  Got it in late summer July-Aug.
It also has very nice Rick's Grips - custom Cocobolo grips that I paid $75+ship for, but I could sell the grips seperately, it doesn't matter.  e-mail me if interested.  only1harry@verizon.net.  I also got tons of 12gr CO2's.  I just don't get to shoot it much but it is pretty accurate to 15yds and I 've plinked the bottom of soda cans at 25yds too.  It's the most "quiet" gun I have, better than any Springer I 've owned or shot.

Thanks, I know your custom gonna cost a bunch..the grip itself is almost the price of the base 2240. I was looking on this and the only thing holding me up is the wait time. I posted here just might get lucky on one getting rid on one collecting dust.  >>

Mine are not quite, they sound as loud as my springer. I paid about 80 for the last one an d it was used but it shoots fine. It is a 2300 with rws scope and rifle stock. Really looking to trade for something, may just convert one to HPA for cold weather use. John

I have a 2240 that is lightly modified. It has a Crooked Barn breech and bolt, currently is wearing a 14" barrel. I have the original breech, bolt, barrel and barrel band. I am including a picture of what it looked like when I had it set up as a carbine. I do have the stock, and brake if you are interested, but the scope is on my stepson's QB78. Let me know if you are interested.
