Somewhere I thought I read that the tech force 89 has the Maccari spring in it. Anyone know if this is true? Thanks.

Mine does not it.Is a very long spring. There are a few from maccari that would work I think.

I think you may be mistaken. Compassaco stopped using JM springs years ago.

I bought a TF 99 Premier when they first came out and one of the options was a JM Spring.
It wasn't from Compasso, I forget who it was.  But I paid for it ,and most likely didn't get
one. LOL !!

A long time ago JM supplied springs for Compassaco, and then they had some conflicts and Jim stopped selling them to Compassaco. But Compassaco left the add up that said they used JM springs for over a  year after Jim stopped doing business with them.

Thanks guys, I knew someone would have the answer. Can a JM spring be put in the 89?
