: Shanghai Lady!!!
: tjk April 27, 2009, 01:21:14 PM

Just recieved something I've been wanting for some time,...a clap of thunder,...or more like a stike of lightning!!!!Anyway you look at it, this thing is a fire breathing Dragon for sure!! Got my .22 B-28 from Master Mick Melick today and all I can say is Wow!! Holy cow is this thing fast. Cocking is smooth, firing is a breaze!!!! I took two shots at 25 and with a few windageclicks I was spinning spoons,...or for better words they,.... were abuzzin!!!!! Barrel droop,...non exsistant with this shooter. After about 20 shots I threw on the G1Scope and mount, removed the un-needed shims under the tube and it was only a matter of a few shots and we were getting nice little off hand groupings. Atthe thirty yard mark I was ruinning my spinners. From4"diskto concave hunks of metal in no time. Thanks Mike!!!! Insert Evil giggle here. tjk

Thanks Roger! We've got some breaking in/ coming to an understanding period to go through first. Didn't really have the Jack for the real McCoy,...but I know first hand Mikes work,...and it is top-notched for sure. Mike did a great tune and installed a Macarri spring as well,..so it might not be as fast as OEM,...but it's plenty fast enough for me,...and no doubt a higher quality motor as well. Compared to that turd of a rifle Benji SS, this shooter is pure gold!!!! She'll definately be seeing alot of trigger time before the fun shoot!!!! I still can't believe how easy she is to shoot,...just let me get  a few tins through her!!! HeHeHeHe, tjk

That's a looker for sure Thomas and sounds like she's a hammer too. She look's long, what's the length of that beast?. :o  :) Ed

About 4 foot Ed. But shoulders surprizingly well. The rifle is heavy, as can be exspected, but not near as barrel heavy as I thought she'd be. A blast to shoot! But your hold has to be very light to the touch. Just lay her across your hand, pull the trigger, and she'll do the rest!!!! tjk

Congrats, Thomas.  The squirrels didn't have much of a chance to begin with.  Now they are in trouble for sure.

Thanks for the vote of confidence TC. Yeah this thing will send them into orbit,...if I don't decapitate them first!!!! LOL's. It's still going to take some time to get her 'just right'. Mike did a great tune on it!!!!!tjk
