What is the best cleaning "detergent" to clean pellets with and that does not have harmfull fumes.  Along the lines of Dawn dishwashing soap; would JoMax, Simple Green or Industrial Bleach be a better cleaning solvant.

Thanks in Advance

I just finished cleaning my first batch of pellets ever.  I took 500 CPHP and swirled them around gently in 8 oz. of Simple Green for about a minute.  Then I transfered them back an forth using another container.  Strained them out and drained the Simple Green; then I covered them with about 1oz. of org. Dawn and worked them as well for about a minute.  Finally I rinsed them off with running hot water (until no suds were present).  Now they are drying on a towel and just need to be dry lubed and put back in the cleaned out tin can.  I went down to Auto Zone but the store att. had never herd of Gunk/Liquid Wrench Dry Lube or Slick 50 One (1) Lube.  So tomarrow I need to check the bike store for KryTech.  I have an aerosol can of Tri Flow here at home so I have to do some research on if it would work as lube for pellets.

Hector over on the Dianawerk likes to use Pledge after cleaning.  He claims it lengthens the time between barrel cleaning tremendously.

Ballistol is excellent pellet lube, and it cares for your barrel. Just the tiniest bit in a tin of pellets does wonders.
