looking for a pair of mounts medium height , 11mm bottom rails and 30mm diameter tube holes. just slightly bigger than 1 inch. can someone help me out. need them for my walther red / green dot  sight.

i have a pair of 15mm to 20mm rail mounts with 30 mm diameter tube holes brand new.
