I'm not trying to take anything away from my buddy Mike Melick butl, I was on Best website yesterday and they had the B-25 in .22 only with a 3-9x40 scope and mounts for 135.99. I about hit the floor. I was going to hit the order button but I have to wait too much open ended things still hanging around out there plus I'm waiting for Mike to get in the B25-2 in .22. Looks like a nice gun for the self tuner plus glass.
-
That sounds like a good price..... gonna have to "click" over there and have a look ....

Forget the scope Jaon. You should be able to buy the same gun for $107.00. Just look around. Model "Ruger Air Hawk" . Exactly the same gun.
-
Ya, but I've only been able to find the Rugers in .177. Does anyone else release the .22s?
-
I've never seen the Ruger in .22. When I was in Orlando Bass Pro had the Ruger with a 4x scope for 99.00 but it was only in .177. I have slowly become a .22 cal kinda guy probably because there is little to no report with them keeps the looky lu's away lol
-
Jason you are right. So far the Ruger Air Hawk is only offered in the .177. Although the .177 is no slotch when it comes to power. But still the B-25 for $140.00 is still much better buy than the RWS 34. It has the exact same trigger as well. I have tuned and shot it and it is a good air rifle.
-
Umarex won't carry it in .22, have to get the B-25 for .22, I have them in stock......as does Best air guns.
-
Any solid dates on the B25-2 in .22? If not I may just have to pick up one of your B-25's!!!!
-
Best air guns has them on hand as I do also....my price on the 12's and 16's is more than at Best but includes shipping as does my price on the 25's. All rifles disassembled and inspected at the very least...MIke
-
You have the B25 with the Sniper stock and muzzel break in .22??????
-
do you have a link?
I am not sure where you guy's are talking about.
Also, never heard of a B25
Thanks!

Not being a regular poster here or shooter even for that matter, maybe I'm a little out of place here. Mike's reg price for the B-25 matches Best price on "sale". He includes shipping. His tuned price is only $15 over Best reg price, and $55 over his untuned or Best sale price. Ain't nobody tuning guns for that money, not even a lube tune. Mike opens and inspects ALL guns before passing them on to a customer.
Given all these facts, why would any of you even consider Best if Mike has it in stock ?
Just curious, doesn't make much sense to me. I know where I'll be buying my asian mistress.
-
OK, who is Mike?
Web site?
Lots of new stuff here:)
-
Different strokes for different folks Mosparky. Some guys like to do it them selves so it's a personal thing.
-
http://www.airgunartisans.com/flyingdragon/. Mike is a great guy and does fantastic work. Best customer service you will find anywhere. Mike has not fully updated his site but pretty much anything Xsisco builts he lube tunes or tricks outs. HTH
-
Wayne, his name is Mike Melick and he primarily tunes the chinese imported guns of which he sells "tuned" for just slightly more than stock prices other places. Also, he offers an extremely generous warranty and is always available for those questions that arise in airgunning. Mike is just about one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet in this hobby and you can see, I recommend him highly. I have bought two from him and another from someone on the forums that said Mike had done the tune. If you don't want to do the work yourself, Mike is one of the few that come almost universally recommended!
thanks, Joe

Thanks for the info guys!!
Very much appreciated:)
-
I'm also interested in this. Drop me a PM or post here in the thread, please. I'd love to buy one of your tuned B-25's.

Ruger Air Hawk: Saw one thumbs down review of the SG supplied rifle. I am a old experienced shooter and expect the impact to be where the sights are at release time. Is there a better review or a better model? Many thx. Overbore
