I have a question about painting the metal parts. I've disasembeled the rifel and have bead blasted all the rusted metal parts down to the metal, It didn't seem to be blued so I'm thinking of painting with Rust-oleum Universal advanced Formula Satin Black, What do you guys think? The wood will be hand sanded and oil rubed for the finish. Once I have it looking goog it will go to Mac1 to have the insides rebuilt.

I've just refinished a Crosman 140 for Warren and it was blued so I've reblued it and refinished the stock . I don't think I would paint any rifle that was blued. But that is your call. hope it turn's out good for you . see the pic. The internal's were done by Mike M. for Warren and he has done a great job it shoots very nice now ,Howie
