I will not likely participate in targets shoots this week:( I was admitted to Hospital with 5x11mm kidney stone, so surgical removal only, to compilicate.. it turns out I have some type heart  murmor and leak so im on pain drugs until they can clear me for surgery may be 5 days. ! please keep me in thoughts and prayers. I am very nervous about this one!, .Tony

My hat is off to you, my friend.  I have had one ultra-sounded into pieces but "surgically" removed... yikes.  Hang in there, dude.  The murmur is one thing and I understand its complications.  The best thing you can do is keep your spirits up the best you can because a positive attitude in times of strife creates a world of a difference.

Tony:  My prayers are with you too.  In April I had a 5mm kidney stone (took a week to pass) and was told I had a heart murmor.  The kidney stone was the worst pain I have ever felt!  Two doctors told me that many people get kidney stones from drinking too much soda pop.  Cola is very bad for you.  Also the doctors said that too much vit C is very bad...it collects in the kidneys and will form stones.  I asked about coffee, and tea...the doctors said thoser are ok.  A doctor also said that if a person has a tooth infection, it could lead to a heart murmor, but I think I have had mine for a while.
