Hmmm. It could be done, I suppose. On the other hand, in a pinch, a well stocked wine cellar and a case of good whiskey would do for me for quite a while were libation is concerned.
By the way, speaking of survivalist tendencies, we brought Annie home from the trainer this weekend. She spent Saturday and today until about 2PM in the mountain place, then brought her back to Columbia this afternoon. Annie is now 42 pounds of very well-behaved, house trained "puppy" who knows "sit, stay come, place and crate" and is beginning to do pretty well on a leash. She also automatically stops and sits at the doors going outside the home until she is told "free" (to go outside). Pretty cool.
After we picked her up Saturday morning, she hung out with me and got to shoot air rifles and a .22 rim fire with CB-shorts with me -- and did just fine. She also went on a couple of half-mile trots following me on the 4-wheeler -- again she did just fine and seemed to take to it very naturally. The only thing she likes to chew is her own chew toys, particularly if they are squeaky toys. She met a couple of the large labs that will be her neighbors and no problems with the neighbor's dogs. She has a wonderful, deep-throated growl and a bark that really gets your attention. I think Annie is a keeper for sure.

LOL. I don't have a wine cellar either, but maybe I should put one in "the bunker". And don't forget the live yeast culture if you want fermented spirits, bro. I am told humans discovered how to ferment alcohol hundreds of years before they learned to make soap, btw.
