Greets all.
Came across this old gun thats about 20 years old.
looks like someone tried to take it apart once with no success.
All of the parts seem to be there ... the spring drops right in with
no compression required -- what do you think, could that have
been the problem? :)
The breech says only UMAREX.
Much appreciated if someone could identify this model & extra
bonus points if you know where to find parts.
Thanks!

Wow..so B2-1 cloned this Umarex inside and out.
-
The closest thing I could find online are parts breakdowns for
Diana Model 25
and something called "20 & 20T01" -- but I couldn't find reference
to a "Diana Model 20"
They look SO close -- but some of the details are off.

One more clue -- it was purchased in Germany in the 70's.

More pictures, please. What is that sticking up behind the rear sight? Some kind of barrel lock lever? Could be a Diana but other European guns had the screw with locking screw configuration. At least that shows some quality construction. You do need to give a few more pictures to get a better ID.

Yes, it does look a lot like the Chinese B2 I have, barrel release and all.
Perhaps Umarex imported the Chinese guns into Germany back then? :D :D
-
That is a barrel lock lever, yes.
I'll get some more pix up.
Thanks!

Might be a Relum or Jelly. Post your pics on the Vintage forum. Couple of European collectors frequent there and I'll bet they can tell you what you have.
