This has absolutly nothing to do with AGs and I mean nothing. I went to Harbor Freight today. While there I recieved a call from my son wanting to know if I wanted to make some extra money fast. Well yes I do. What do you have in mind? Seems this home owner with more money than good brains had absentmindedly poked holes in a new $10k drain system in his backyard over the weekend. They were quoted $500. to make the repairs and they said,'come on'. The holes were about 1/4 inch is size. Well, HF had epoxy glue on sale for .99 cents. I bought 10 packs . Went by the house and picked up a roll of window screen, sandpaper, alcohol, a shovel and some rags. From start to finish the job did not take 90 minutes. Yes I was in the broiling sun, working by myself , but $500. is $500. Not a bad return on the investment of 10 packs of epoxy. And I did not have to totally uncover the darn system up to make the repairs.
BTW, still have most of the epoxy.

Gene, I wish that I could ear mark that money for a new AG. Unfortunatly, the state of South Carolina will get the lion's share of the $500. I got caught in a Speed Trap in Abbeville. Seems they think that having a 15mph zone in the middle of nowhere makes sence. According to the officer, 55mph in a 15mph zone was my violaton. That is a +40mph difference for all you home gamers. 40 times $10.=$400. I guess it was the Georgia plates on a brand new truck that set him off and our dress was business attire. My passengers, all adults could not believe it. I was on my way to Clemson for a business deal to buy land. I made the appointment but had had time to think about the Abbeville experience and told them NO. Also told them the reason was the speed trap .
All you out of staters, drive slow in carolina.......real slow.
