I got one of these not long ago, pretty much for free. It is a bit of an ugli beast, but I can hit a small energy drink can from 20 yards. The one AWFUL thing about this item is the rear sight. I can't shoot a single shot without the screws coming loose. With everything tight, I get in one good shot, and then I have to tighten everything again...or just shoot with no accuracy whatever. I already had to ask for replacement screws...
There is no dovetail.
The questions:
*Any suggestions for site replacement on these guns?
*Any suggestions for keeping the screws in place?

Best way to fix is to get the pistol sighted in, then remove one of the screws and clean it then put that ugly blue or green nail polish you don't use anymore on the threads then run it back in. then remove the other one and do the same thing. You could also use loc-tite but the nail polish works...Mike

Cool, I'll give that a try. Sounds like great advice!

I did a "lube tune" on mine, using information i learned form this forum. I also added a thrust washer to the spring guide.
I then put loc-tite on the sight screws, but mine was still shooting too high, and needed a higher front sight, so I used my dremel to drill a small hole in the front sight, and threaded in a tiny little socket head (the head is the size of the front sight) So now, I have adjustable front and rear sights. I can hit spoons at about 10 yards, which is all this pistol is good for...but its good fun plinking.

Yeah, it isn't something I expect a lot out of, but shoots cans ... I just want the site to stay in place so I can depend on where it is going...right now the screws are falling out all the time...but I'll be trying that nail-polish trick in a day or few. $10 post paid with 500 pellets and oil...sounded like 'free' to me. It's good enough that I'm thinking of re-finishing the stock -- but I'll want to be sure I can get the sights to stay first.
