: DUI - Alabama Style

Recently a routine police patrol parked uotside of a bar that I hang out at. After last call the officer saw me leaving the bar so intoxicated that I could barely walk.
I stumbled around the parking lot for a few minutes, with the officer quietly watching. After I tried my keys in several cars I managed to find mine, open the door and fall in. I sat there a few minutes as a number of other patrons left the bar and drove off.
Finally I started my car, switched the wipers on and off, it was a fine dry summer night, flicked the blinkers on and off a couple times, honked the horn and then finally turned on the lights. I moved car forward a few inches, backed up a few inches and then stayed still for a few more minutes as a few more cars left the parking lot. At last I was the only car left in the parking lot, I pulled out and slowly drove down the road.
As you might have guessed the officer, after watch me, pulled out right behind and followed a short distance before turning on his blue lights. He promtly pulled me out of my car and administered a breathalyzer test. To his amazement, the breathalyzer indicated that I had not consumed any alcohol at all. Dumbfounded, the officer said," I`ll have to ask you to accompany me back to the station. This breathalyzer equipment must be broken."
"I doubt it,' I told the officer, " because tonight I`m the designated decoy."

I'm hoping that is not a true story for obvious reasons.

Hello Mike & Mark,

I couldn't stop laughing as I read jour story. I wish your story was true ! I know a dozen or so police officers, that I would love to tape during this exhibition of skill and cunning.

I would bet it would sell like GOLD, especially if young women were used as the decoys !

Eat your hearts out "Girls gone Wild"!

You might be able to sell this to the t.v or movie executives, god knows we could use good show...
