My Uncle Ernie who I am very close to has lung cancer. It was caught early & small. The prognosis was very good. They went in & closed him right back up. It is too bad & spread to save him. They almost lost him last night. He may not make it thru the night but the docs think he may & will even be able to come home to pass away. I ask for your Prayers that I can get to Alabama in time to say goodby. They give him from minutes to perhaps a few days to live. Mom says he is awake, talking & in good spirits. I will be leaving in the truck just as soon as I can. Im in total shock right now & dont know what else to say. Tim.

im so sorry for your uncle i to lost my brother last year from lung cancer and i found out late he just finish buying a big house then this came about so i understand timmy .i will pray that God will bless his soul and let GOD take him in peace.forgive Ernie God in your sons name Jesus Christ who died on the cross and shed his precious blood so we could be forgiven,please take him to a peaceful place and let him rest in peace until we r judged .amen ..from jorge

Thanks Family for all the Prayers,, they have been heard. He is stable now & is even eating!! They seen to have an infection he has under control & it seems like he may be able to come home tommorow. Nothing has changed with the cancer though,, there is nothing they can do. This really is so unfair. He recently retired from the US Treasury Department,, has a wonderfull wife & Family,, a paid for brand new million $ home on the water,, new 22 ft fishing boat,,lotsa guns & all the "Toys" any man could ever want. He is an avid outdoorsman,, dont drink or smoke. He is the coolest 66 yr. old dood I know,, I just LOVE hangin out with him shooting & fishing & just shooting the bull. He is an ex Army Ranger & is a pilot also (Army/cavilian). I always look forward to visiting him & hangin out with him. The only person I know of I can compare him to is my Brother Gene. This is one visit to him Im not so much looking forward to.:0 Docs now say he should be able to come home sometime tommorow. I gotta go finish a job Im doing today so I can get paid & I will probly leave in the am tommorow. Thanks for all the kind words & Prayers Folks,, the Prayer Power of the GTA has once again performed a miracle. Tim.

timmy enjoy this time with him and take pictures make him laugh thats the best remedy for sure .the lord is by his side he is going to a better place and i envy him .these times should be happy times cause hes watching u guys feeling sorry for him which makes him more depress and unhappy .take him for rides to the lakes by the beautiful sites let him sit by a sunset ,these days r very emotional and he needs people around him that wont remind him of the time he has left .u never know God is powerful in his own ways.timmy keep your head up high as much as u can and show him some love thats all u can do.God Bless Him as He Heads Toward His Home ,With The Lord Jesus Christ Amen...jorge

Only for a few minutes but he sounds good & is in good spirits. He told me to bring my guns he would like to shoot some off the back deck. He said if I could wheel him down to the dock he would like to catch some bream with me. I told him if I could get Gene around I would have NO PROBLEM getting him around!! ( Uncle Ernie is my size!!):p Docs say he only has hours to a few days left.:0 I have not been able to leave yet as I have a job I HAVE to finish first,, I should be done in a few hours tommorow & will hit the road. polution and second hand smoke is worst and it runs in the blood is that some peoples imune system wont allow the cells to settle in the body thats what i was told when my brother past ed last year and as i type tears roll from my eyes cause my brother was 53 and he was so nice to me and generous to people of all races so i know how timmy feels so much ......jorge
